Bank/lending institution documentation

Banks will request various forms of documentation from the client as well as Brikworx Construction CC. Documents most likely to be requested will be the following:

• Approved building plans.
• Building contract between client and Brikworx Construction CC.
• Quotation by Brikworx Construction CC or a schedule of finishes.
• Proof of NHBRC registration. This is to verify that Brikworx Construction CC is registered as builders with the NHBRC.
• Waiver of lien. To be supplied by the bank and completed by Brikworx Construction CC.
• Contractor's minimum building specifications. To be supplied by the bank and completed by Brikworx Construction CC.
• NHBRC enrolment certificate. This is to prove that the specific property has been enrolled with the NHBRC as required by law.
• Proof of insurance. All Brikworx Construction CC's projects are insured as required by most lending institutions and for further peace of mind for our clients.
• Progress payment certificates. To be supplied by the bank and to be completed by the client.
